摘要

A new type agitated reactor is proposed. An excellent behavior is obtained when the draft-tube in reactor rotates at suitable velocity. The flow state, mixing, circulating velocity and velocity field are investigated. Experiments show that the useless tangential motion is effectively transferred to the radial and axial motions. It results in that the axial circulating velocity increases and the mixing time decreases. The shear strength distributes uniformly in the reactor.
