Development of low cost control and manafgement systme for FMS

摘要

In this paper the development of low cost contorl and management system for the FMS in Jinan First Machine Tool Factory is described.The system is developed for four machining centers which are inported form two Japanese vendors and without interfaces and software for working as FMS.The system we developed is used for machining more than 250 different kinds of prismatic parts of turning machines,and has the functions as: system contorl and opeeration monitoring,tasks schedurlign,machining resources management,and quality inspectin management.
