    • 摘要: The electric field stress applied to the cell in the electric field will cause the biological effects of the cell on electromagnetic field. In this paper, the single-shell spherical cell is equated to dielectric spheres, and a biophysical method is used to solve the boundary value problem, and then Maxwell tensor analysis is used to discuss the electric field stresses affecting the applied electric field applied to the cells. The results of numerical analysis show that the ion mobility decreases nonlinearly with increasing frequency in the lower region of the applied electric field frequency, and increases with increasing equivalent dielectric constant at a certain frequency, and the magnitude of the electric field stress is almost independent of the frequency;as the frequency increases, the ion mobility tends to a minimum value and is almost independent of the equivalent dielectric constant, while the applied electric field frequency and the cell dielectric constant both affect the cell normal and the tangential stresses. Therefore, the frequency applied electric field and cell dielectric constant affect the extracellular ion mobility, electric field stress applied to the cell membrane by the electric field;the extracellular ion mobility caused by the electric field in the low frequency range is more pronounced than that in the high frequency, and electric field stress is the basic cause of cell deformation.

    • 摘要: Suppressing the nonradiative recombination in the bulk and surface of perovskite film is highly desired to improve the power conversion efficiency(PCE)and stability of halide perovskite solar cells(PSCs).In this study,a benzotriazole derivative(6-chloro-1-hydroxybenzotriazole,Cl-HOBT)is applied to improve the crystallinity and reduce the trap density of methylammonium lead iodide(MAPbI3)perovskite film.Meanwhile,incorporation of Cl-HOBT elongates the photoluminescence carrier lifetime and chargerecombination lifetime,implying the trap-assisted nonradiative recombination is greatly suppressed.Besides,the improved energy level alignment and enhanced built-in potential are conducive to the charge carrier separation and transfer process with Cl-HOBT.Consequently,a PCE of 20.27%and an open-circuit voltage(Voc)of 1.09 V are achieved for the inverted MAPbI3 PSCs,along with an 85%maintaining of the initial PCE under stored at relative humidity of 20%for 500 h.Furthermore,the existence of Cl-HOBT could inhibit the formation of Pb0 defect under prolonged UV illumination to retard the degradation of perovskite film.It is believed that this study paves a novel path for the realization of highefficiency PSCs with UV-stability.

    • 摘要: In this paper,the performance of a mobile wireless communication network operating over the Fisher-Snedecor J composite fading channel is analyzed.Specifically,a multi-antenna base station transmits information to a single-antenna mobile receiver,which employs the maximal-ratio transmission technique to improve the quality of the received signal.The well-known random waypoint mobility model is assumed to characterize the mobility of the receiver.Under this mobility scenario,we derive exact closed-form expressions for the probability density function,cumulative distribution function,and consequently for the Outage Probability(OP),the average Bit Error Rate(BER)for different digital modulation schemes,and the average channel capacity.To shed light into the impact of different channel parameters,simple asymptotic expressions at the high SNR regime are obtained for the OP and average BER.To validate our analytical expressions,the comprehensive Monte-Carlo simulations are conducted under various configurations and both results are in excellent agreement.

    • 摘要: Global modernity,mobility and movement stand as characteristic features that are shaping current times.Marking and challenging the notion of identity,whether cultural,religious,or political,on a daily basis,is movement from nation to nation,region to region,city to city.Individuals and groups are overcoming and crossing geographical borders and cultural differences for study,tourism,lifestyle,or even to start a new life with their children.Thus,identity can be challenged and redefined,resulting in a hybrid identity.The concept of interiors,especially domestic interiors,while people are moving and stopping has changed and is still changing.This case study was based in the city of Glasgow in the UK,where a qualitative approach was adopted for the study of 20 Arab Muslim participants.Semi-structured interviews were conducted within their current private houses in Glasgow.

    • 摘要: The use of antidepressants is widespread in modern times.Thus,they present a potential risk for ecosystems due to occurrence in domestic sewage containing unaltered metabolites and structures,even after the treatment plants have processed the sewage.The current research investigated the sorption and desorption of antidepressants(citalopram,venlafaxine,fluoxetine,sertraline,and amitriptyline)and caffeine from freshwater sediment and sewage sludge.The samples of freshwater sediment were collected in a river spring in an area with few anthropogenic sources of pollution and samples of sewage sludge were taken from stabilization ponds of a sewage treatment.The matrices were mainly composed of organic fractions,sediment of humic nature,and aliphatic biomolecules in sludges.The presence of silt and clay in the sediment proved to be important for the sorption process when compared to the flocs and colloidal structure of the sludge.The kinetic study indicated pseudo-first order behavior.The Freundlich isotherm was satisfactorily used in the interpretation of sorption and desorption for all analytes and matrices.The high percentages obtained for desorption suggest analyte mobility,which is more intense in the sludge than in the sediment since each matrix has a different composition.It can be considered that the information obtained here reinforces the ecotoxicological concern with respect to pharmacological residues in the environment,as processes of retention by sorption in the sludge and the sediment have been confirmed,as well as the preferential partition of some analytes by the aqueous phase.

    • 摘要: Ge has been an alternative channel material for the performance enhancement of complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)technology applications because of its high carrier mobility and superior compatibility with Si CMOS technology.The gate structure plays a key role on the electrical property.In this paper,the property of Ge MOSFET with Al_(2)O_(3)/GeO_(x)/Ge stack by ozone oxidation is reviewed.The GeO_(x)passivation mechanism by ozone oxidation and band align-ment of Al2O3/GeO_(x)/Ge stack is described.In addition,the charge distribution in the gate stack and remote Coulomb scatter-ing on carrier mobility is also presented.The surface passivation is mainly attributed to the high oxidation state of Ge.The en-ergy band alignment is well explained by the gap state theory.The charge distribution is quantitatively characterized and it is found that the gate charges make a great degradation on carrier mobility.These investigations help to provide an impressive un-derstanding and a possible instructive method to improve the performance of Ge devices.

    • 摘要: Nowadays,video streaming applications are becoming one of the tendencies driving vehicular network users.In this work,considering the unpredictable vehicle density,the unexpected acceleration or deceleration of the different vehicles included in the vehicular traffic load,and the limited radio range of the employed communication scheme,we introduce the“Dynamic Vehicular Clustering”(DVC)algorithm as a new scheme for video streaming systems over vehicular ad-hoc networks(VANET).The proposed algorithm takes advantage of the small cells concept and the introduction of wireless backhauls,inspired by the different features and the performance of the Long Term Evolution(LTE)-Advanced network.Vehicles are clustered together to form dynamically ad-hoc sub-networks included in the vehicular network.The goal of our clustering algorithm is to take into account several characteristics,such as the vehicle’s position and acceleration to reduce latency and packet loss.Therefore,each cluster is counted as a small cell containing vehicular nodes and an access point that is elected regarding some particular specifications.Based on the exceptional features of the LTE-Advanced network(small cells and wireless backhauls)the DVC algorithm is a promising scheme for video streaming services over VANET systems.Experiments were carried out with a virtual topology of the VANET network created with four clusters to implement the DVC algorithm.The results were compared with other algorithms such as Virtual Trust-ability Data transmission(VTD),Named Data Networking(NDN),and Socially Aware Security Message Forwarding(SASMF).Our algorithm can effectively improve the transmission rate of data packets at the expense of a slight increase in end-to-end delay and control overhead.
