    • 摘要: In the era of personalized medicine,information on molecular change at the gene level is important for patient care.Such information has been used for disease classification,diagnosis,prognosis,risk stratification,and treatment,which is especially important in cancer patient care.Many molecular tests exist and can be used to detect the molecular changes at gene level.These tests include,but are not limited to,karyotyping,endpoint polymerase chain reaction(PCR),real-time PCR,Sanger sequencing,pyrosequencing,nextgeneration sequencing,and so forth.How to use the right tests for the right patients at the right time is essential for optimal patient outcome.This review puts together some information on molecular testing for acute myeloid leukemia.

    • 摘要: The paper presents the construction of a steel footbridge in the People’s Park in Lublin.The initiation and development of the architectural design of an interesting and,as it eventually turned out,aesthetically pleasing footbridge is discussed.Two teams of architects and bridge engineers worked in parallel on the design.The design process of the footbridge structure is discussed along with its trial installation and on-site construction.The span of the footbridge is short,but its structure is innovative.For this reason its numerical model was developed used as a basis for an analysis of the dynamic response of the designed structure.The basic element of the acceptance procedure was constituted by a dynamic test load and an analysis of the pedestrian footbridge user comfort.Last but not least,the final section reviews the aesthetic canons of bridges and focuses on the footbridge in question in this context.A statistical measure of the aesthetic impression induced by a visit to the footbridge was applied resulting in a predictable and obvious final aesthetical assessment.

    • 摘要: 软件测试在国内的发展非常快速,它是保证一个软件产品质量的重要手段,因此各种各样的软件测试管理系统也相继应需求而生。J2EE+Flex Software Testing Management System(JFTest)功能简单实用、结构灵活而且简洁轻量、精致的软件测试管理系统,本论文主要介绍了JFTest软件测试管理系统的多个项目子模块、MVC三层模式与插件式设计的混合开发架构的实现,阐述自己对J2EE+Flex开发模式的一点看法,并提出了一种扩展办法,在结构化层次、理清系统业务模型和优化业务模型的重用性的基础上,结合插件式设计式开发,简化开发模型,降低框架的复杂度,让框架更容易实现,并提高扩展的灵活性,实现系统模块之间的松耦合和互相调用,使得系统适应多变的业务需求。

    • 摘要: Background: Malaria is a disease of public health concern, which causes significant mortality and morbidity in the tropics, particularly in Africa. Ghana as a country has been implementing a combination of preventive and curative interventions as outlined in the Strategic Plan for Malaria Control in Ghana, 2014-2020. Additionally, Ghana subscribes to sub-regional and global initiatives such as the test, treat and track (T3) initiative which seeks to ensure that every suspected malaria case is tested, every case tested positive is treated with the recommended quality-assured antimalarial medicine, and every case treated with antimalarial is followed up to ensure complete parasite clearance. However, the implementation of this policy is a challenge, hence the need to study provider adherence to the testing, treating, and tracking. Materials and method: The study is cross-sectional in nature and data for this research was collected from consulting room registers, patients’ folders, the District Health Information Management System and a structured questionnaire designed to interview healthcare providers. The data was exported into Stata for cleaning and analysis. The results of the study were presented in the form of statistical charts and tables. Results: The study revealed that generally, provider adherence to the T3 policy was encouraging in the Binduri district, and a high level of testing (100%) of suspected malaria cases eliminated the practice of presumptive treatment. However, tracking of patients (68.2%) was not as high as testing and treatment which was revealed by the number asked to return for a review during the folder review. Conclusion: Significant progress in clinicians’ adherence to policy on malaria case management (T3) in the Binduri District. Continued training and facilitative supervision are essential to sustain gains and close existing gaps in clinicians’ adherence to malaria case management policy.

    • 摘要: A large model box was developed in our experiment to study the vibration reduction effect.Five hydraulic highperformance actuators are arranged in the upper part of the model box.There is a time difference between adjacent actuators,which can simulate the train induced vibration.To reduce vibration a composite barrier is designed;the barrier consists of a honeycomb concrete canvas and PE polymer water bags.The concrete canvas can be mixed with water to produce a hydration reaction to form a structure with a certain hardness.By simulating different train speeds and loads,vertical vibration velocity,and acceleration before and after the barrier are compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that the new barrier can achieve a good vibration reduction effect.When the simulated train speed increases,the damping effect of the barrier is improved.At a speed of 180 km/h,an amplitude of 1.5 m after the barrier is found to be 48.6%lower than that before the barrier.Velocity decreases by 24.2%at 36 km/h and by 38.1%at 108 km/h.

    • 摘要: Gear box places an important role rolling mill.Its reliability decides the machine operation.Due to the important role,if the key machine is broken because of gear box′s malfunction,the whole production devices will be influeued.Therefore,it′s very important to monitor the gear box online.Good monitoring system can help companies to better process fault diagnosis.The design sets up a monitoring system with Enwatch polled mode on-line acquisition module and Odyssey software.By calculating the data,the problem of the monitoring system is find,the plans to collect signal is made,the problems of monitoring gear box′s multichannel vibration are solved and the malfunctions initially are estimated according to the signal,which has theoretical basis and practical meanings.

    • 摘要: In this age of the Internet,using social software has become an indispensable part of our lives.Although social software allows us to share our daily life,there will always be negative comments on social media.Since these comments are very common on social media,some people may think that these bad comments will only make the publisher’s mood down for a moment.In fact,this small factor may cause some bigger changes to the user’s mind like the butterfly effect.The main focus of this research paper is how these negative reviews on social media affectsexual double standard(SDS).The prediction of this research is that these bad reviews will cause sexual double standard to a certain extent.So,when they do the implicit association test(IAT)after reading the bad reviews,it will cause the D score to drop.Of course,there are many imperfections in this research,so future research can focus on the correlation between SDS and social media more extensively.The implication of this research is to find out possible causes and solution of SDS,and further build a positive environment on social media.

    • 摘要: Studies on Soil Test Crop Response Based Integrated Plant Nutrition System(STCR-IPNS)were conducted for three years adopting the Inductive cum Targeted Yield Model,on alfisols of Unified Andhra Pradesh,Southern India during summer 2016-2018 in order to develop fertilizer prescriptions through IPNS for the desired yield targets of Sesamum under field conditions.The bases for making the fertilizer prescriptions viz.nutrient requirement(NR),contribution of nutrients from soil(Cs),fertilizer(Cf)and vermicompost(CVC)were computed using the field experimental data.Making use of these basic parameters,the fertilizer prescription equations were developed under NPK alone and under IPNS for the desired yield targets of Sesamum for a range of soil test values.The quantity of fertilizers contributed by the application of vermicompost was assessed.Nutrient requirement to produce 100 kg of sesame seed was worked out to be 10.20 kg N,3.90 kg P2O5 and 5.22 kg K2O.In the present investigation,the requirement of N was higher which is followed by K2O and P2O5.The requirement of N was 2.62 times higher than P and 1.95 times higher than K.The percent contribution of N,P and K was 12.25,15.75 and 6.00 from soils,41.68,22.85 and 59.97 from fertilizer and 9.87,6.74 and 18.65 from organic manures,respectively.Thus the Inductive cum Targeted Yield Model used to develop fertilizer prescription equations provides a strong basis for soil fertility maintenance consistent with high productivity and efficient nutrient management in farming for sustainable and enduring agriculture.

    • 摘要: The Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) mandates that the drinking water should be monitored for 226Ra and 228Ra isotopes and establishes the Maximum Contaminant Level of 185 mBq/L (5 pCi·L-1) for the sum. In addition, SDWA regulates the Detection Limit (DL) of 37.0 mBq/L (1 pCi/L) for each isotope. The purpose of this work is to develop a working method for the determination of radium isotopes in drinking water satisfying the regulatory requirements of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency by utilizing our extensive experience in low-background gamma spectrometry at this laboratory. Two versions of the method were studied: destructive and non-destructive. Destructive method used the BaSO4 coprecipitation as well as 133Ba tracer for chemical recovery. We have used three gamma spectrometers: low-background 102% and 134% efficient with top muon guards, as well as an ultralow-background 140% efficient with full muon guard. We obtained a range of DLs from 5.3 to 22.6 mBq/L for 226Ra and from 7.4 to 30.4 mBq/L for 228Ra using the destructive method. For non-destructive method, the DL range was 26.0 to 26.9 mBq/L for 226Ra and 27.6 to 28.6 mBq/L for 228Ra using the 140% detector. To verify the methods, 7 to 10 laboratory control samples were spiked with both 226Ra and 228Ra at two different activities of 37.0 and 185 mBq/L. The results were evaluated by performing a combined location/variance chi-square test at a right-tail significance of 0.01 (99% Confidence Level), as stipulated by EPA. The verification results passed the chi-square tests at both activity levels. The destructive method can be accomplished using low-background gamma spectrometry, whereas non-destructive method requires ultralow-background gamma spectrometry.
