摘要： A recent meta-analysis revealed that mental health and baseline psychological impairment affect the quality of life and outcomes in different chronic conditions.Implementing mental health care in physical care services is still insufficient.Thus,interdisciplinary communication across treatment providers is essential.The standardized language provided by the diagnostic statistical manual favors a clear conceptualization.However,this approach might not focus on the individual,as thinking in categories might impede recognizing the continuum from healthy to diseased.Psychoanalytic theory is concerned with an individual’s unconscious conflictual wishes and motivations,manifested through enactments like psychic symptoms or(maladaptive)behavior with long-term consequences if not considered.Such modifiable internal and external factors often are inadequately treated.However,together with the physical chronic condition constraints,these factors determine degrees of freedom for a self-determined existence.The effect of therapeutic interventions,and especially therapy adherence,relies on a solid therapeutic relationship.Outcome and process research still investigates the mechanism of change in psychotherapeutic treatments with psychanalysis’s focus on attachment problems.This article examines existing knowledge about the mechanism of change in psychoanalysis under the consideration of current trends emerging from psychotherapy research.A clinical example is discussed.Additionally,further directions for research are given.The theoretical frame in psychoanalytic therapies is the affect-cognitive interface.Subliminal affect-perception is enabled via awareness of subjective meanings in oneself and the other;shaping this awareness is the main intervention point.The interactional ingredients,the patient’s inherent bioenvironmental history meeting the clinician,are relevant variables.Several intrinsic,subliminal parameters relevant for changing behavior are observed.Therapeutic interventions aim at supporting the internalization of the superego’s functions and at making this ability available in moments of self-reflection.By supporting mentalization abilities,a better understanding of oneself and higher selfregulation(including emotional regulation)can lead to better judgments(application of formal logic and abstract thinking).Thus,this facilitates enduring behavior change with presumably positive effects on mental and physical health.

摘要： To enrich knowledge on the growth dynamics of commercial forest species in the Congo Basin, a study was conducted in Cameroon, within a community forest in savannah forest transition zone (Zone 1) and within FMU 10 052 in dense semi-deciduous humid forest (Zone 2). It aimed to obtain, in 8 species, the height (H) of the tree from its diameter (D) more accessible: Entandophragma cylindricum (Meliacea), Eribroma oblongum, Sterculia rhinopetala et Triplochiton scleroxylon (Malvaceae);Erythrophleum suaveolens et Piptadeniastrum africanum (Fabaceae), Milicia excelsa (Moraceae) et Terminalia superba (Combretaceae). The destructive method was used. After felling and flushing out a tree, the dendrometric parameters were measured and/or calculated. In Zone 1, 6 species including T. scleroxylon were calibrated using 30 trees of each. In Zone 2, 45 trees of E. cylindricum, 99 of E. suaveolens and 82 of T. scleroxylon constituted the sample. At the 5% threshold (95% confidence interval), the height-diameter relationship is a linear model. In all species, the height of a tree is predicted by measuring its diameter through linear regression. In Zone 1 regression equation is: H(m) = 28.13 + 19.09 * D(m) for T. scleroxylon;H(m) = 12.35 + 30.38 * D(m) for S. rhinopetala;H(m) = 23.09 + 26.42 * D(m) for E. oblongum; H(m) = 14.86 + 20.92 * D(m) for P. africanum;H(m) = 14.98 + 24.78 * D(m) for T. superba and H(m) = 1.55 + 32.37 * D(m) for M. excelsa. In Zone 2, the relationship is: H(m) = 27.40 + 14.21 * D(m) for T. scleroxylon;H(m) = 7.79 + 20.18 * D(m) for E. cylindricum and H(m) = 20.08 + 9.74 * D(m) for E. suaveolens (probability associated with F < 0.0001). The influence of site parameters (biotic and abiotic) on the height-diameter relationship should be more studied in multilayers forests specifically in the Congo Basin.

摘要： Shanghai sand junk culture and marine culture were introduced from the four aspects of culture(physics,institution,behavior and mentality),and their relation was analyzed.The results show that there is a generic relationship between marine culture and Shanghai sand junk culture.Shanghai sand junk culture reflects the marine culture in a specific period and enriches the connotation of marine culture.Marine culture is the foundation of Shanghai sand junk culture,and provides new opportunities for the sustainable development of Shanghai sand junk culture.Therefore,the study of the relationship between Shanghai sand junk culture and marine culture is beneficial for the two to promote each other,and lays a solid cultural foundation for the realization of"maritime power".

摘要： Tea polysaccharides(TPSs),one of the major bioactive ingredients in tea,have been widely studied due to their variety of biological activities,including antioxidant,cancer prevention,hypoglycemia,anti-fatigue,anti-coagulant,anti-obesity and immunomodulatory effect.The biological effectiveness of TPSs has direct relation with their structures such as monosaccharide composition,molecular weight,glycosidic linkages,conformation and others,which can be influenced by tea materials,processing methods,extraction and purification procedures among others.Comparing to the study of tea polyphenols,the exploration of TPSs in structural elucidation and biofunctionality is very preliminary.Yet several factors affecting the structural change of TPSs have been studied and identified.Consequently,the variation of some TPS biological activity brought by the change of TPS structures has been evaluated and preliminary correlation of structure activity relationship of TPSs has been performed.Therefore,this review aims to serve as a summary research report regarding the influencing factors on TPSs structures and consequential effects on the biological activities of TPSs.We hope to provide updated information and systematic references for future study and functional food development of TPSs.

摘要： The article first addresses the following questions:“Why does gross domestic product(GDP)rises,but the stock market value falls?”;“Among the macroeconomic factors,which factor has a greater impact on the promotion of investment value in the securities market?”.With these questions in mind,we put forward a hypothesis emphasizing on the impact of macroeconomic factors on the value of the stock market based on existing research and used the regression method to verify this hypothesis.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)variables that have a positive nonlinear relationship with stock market value include balance of payments surplus,rising GDP level,M1,the whole society’s fixed asset investment,and national per capita disposable income;(2)variables that have a negative nonlinear relationship with stock market value include deposit,loan interest rate,new RMB loan amount,consumer price index(CPI),and producer price index;(3)deposit reserve ratio has an S-shaped curve relationship with stock market value;(4)exchange rate has an inverted U-shaped curve relationship with stock market value.

摘要： In this paper, based on the dynamic relationship between algae and protozoa, an aquatic ecological model with Allee effect was established to investigate how some ecological environment factors affect coexistence mode of algae and protozoa. Mathematical derivation works mainly gave some key conditions to ensure the existence and stability of all possible equilibrium points, and to induce the occurrence of transcritical bifurcation and Hopf bifurcation. The numerical simulation works mainly revealed ecological relationship change characteristics of algae and protozoa with the help of bifurcation dynamics evolution process. Furthermore, it was also worth emphasizing that Allee effect had a strong influence on the dynamic relationship between algae and protozoa. In a word, it was hoped that the research results could provide some theoretical support for algal bloom control, and also be conducive to the rapid development of aquatic ecological models.

摘要： The coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic had a significant effect on the mental health,social lives,and family relationships of healthcare workers.During the pandemic,these workers had to prioritize their work over parenting,spending time with their kids or partners,planning weddings,and childbearing plans.Therefore,special recognition should be given to the families of these employees.

摘要： This article briefly reviews the history of coronavirus detection and states the structural characteristics and pathogenesis of the SARS-CoV-2 strain. Following the conclusion that cellular senescence is thought to contribute to SARS-CoV-2 susceptibility, this article continues to review the structure and function of telomeres. Finally, it briefly states the link between COVID-19 and telomeres caused by the SARS-CoV-2 strain.

摘要： Objective To investigate the exactly relationship between smoking and systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blond pressure (DBP), and the rank of blood pressure, and to provide evidences for hypertension prevention and cure and tobacco control.Methods 1'he methods of mufti-stage random cluster sampling and KISH card were used to sample the investigation areas and subjects.14 investigation areas and 4480 subjects were included in this study.The questionnaire was used to investigate sex, age, smoking, drinking liquor, eating habit, physical activity, and so on, and 4318 completed questionnaires were got.Body height, bodyweight, waistline, blood pressure and other biomarkers were measured for all subjects.Results The average SBP and DBP in men were significant higher than that in women, and Heat，also in smoking and nonsmoking.The results of correlation analysis indicated that there were significant relationships between the amount of tobacco use and SBP (pearson correlation-0.067, p=0.004), DBP (pearson correlation=0.075, p=0.001)，and rank of blood pressure (pearson correlation=0.053, p=0.022).As the age, sex, BMI, waistline, and so on were adjusted, the results of multi-Logistic analysis indicated that OR of got hypertension was 1.196 (95% CI was 1.056-1.355) in smoking person compared with nonsmoking, the OR was increased as the, amount of tobacco use was raised.Conclusion There were significant relationships between smoking and SPB, DBP and the rank of blood pressure.Smoking can significant increase the risk of hypertension.
