Disclosed is a device for the on-line monitoring of dust accumulation and slagging and based on capacitance principle differential measurement, the device comprising a plurality of measuring devices (1), the measuring devices (1) being arranged at the same height of a boiler heated surface, and each of the measuring devices (1) comprising a fixed sleeve (2) and a sensor (3), wherein one end of the fixed sleeve (2) is fixed on the boiler heated surface; the sensor (3) is nested in the fixed sleeve (2) and connected to the fixed sleeve (2) via threads; and the end of the sensor (3) that is close to a boiler is provided with a measuring probe. During the measurement of the thickness of dust and slag on the boiler heated surface, the three measuring devices (1) are used in combination and mounted at the same height of the heated surface, and the sensors (3) are enabled to be located at different positions in the respective fixed sleeves (2) by means of adjusting the thread screwing, so as to achieve differential measurement of the thickness of dust and slag at a position to be measured and obtain, on the basis of a measured capacitance value, the thickness of dust and slag on a surface to be measured (4). The structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and the influence of the complex and changing environment in the boiler on the measurement results of the thickness of dust and slag can be effectively eliminated.
