摘要
It is possible to repeatedly and continuously measure the glucose concentration inside the human body by extracting glucose (interstitial fluid glucose, ISFG) molecules contained in the interstitial fluid in the skin by applying a fine direct current to the skin tissue of a living body. The skin-induced sugar analysis biosensor consists of a direct current applied electrode, a sugar analysis electrode system, and a hydrogel that acts as a close contact between the skin tissue and the biosensor electrodes. Electrodes are formed by a printing method using metallic ink, and hydrogel is manufactured using a chemical polymer polymerization reaction or a polymer component obtained from a natural product. However, in general, the polymer chains are densely arranged inside the polymer material constituting the hydrogel, so that the glucose molecule extracted from the human skin tissue is quantitatively restricted to the 3-phase-sugar analysis electrode system of the biosensor, and thus the glucose for quantitative analysis There was a technical difficulty in making a measurement biosensor. In this patent, a hydrogel polymer with many pore passages in which glucose molecules extracted from the skin are completely permeated is chemically manufactured and mounted as a hydrogel in a skin-induced continuous sugar analysis biosensor to quantitatively and continuously analyze the human skin sugar concentration. Show.
