Retreading tyres by pressing tread onto carcase - with pressurised hot gas surrounding combination of carcase and tread

Tyres are retreade by pressing onto the carcase a tread strip with the help ofa pressurised gaseous, hot pressing agent, that surrounds the combination of carcase and tread strip. Process enables tyres of different sizes to be retreaded with a single mould. Higher quality retreads are produced, as deformation of the carcase is avoided.
