The invention relates to eucaryote cells, eucaryote protoplasts and eucaryote pluricellular living organisms having a certain ADN concentration, introduced by means of lipidic vesicles. Disclosed are a process for the preparation thereof, as well as the use thereof for the preparation of product-genes, the immunisation as well as suppression of deficiencies of genetic material.
