PURPOSE:To load a cassette by providing a stopper whose one end is engaged with a slider so as to lock the movement of the slider and whose other end has a stopper with a slot engaged with one end of a cassette pressing member, thereby only inserting the cassette into the insertion hole of the front face. CONSTITUTION:In inserting the cassette 103 into a frame body 19, a cassette pressing member 16 is pushed by the cassette and driven, and its one end is abutted with one side face of a slot 11b of the stopper 11 to push the stopper. Thus, the stopper 11 is driven in a direction to release the engagement with the slider 16 and releases the locking of the slider 6 finally, and with the slider moved a little by the energizing force, the stopper is pushed by the slider and turned further. The stopper is driven to push one end of the cassette pressing means 16 toward the opposite side face of the stopper slot conversely from the initial state and to turn one end, thereby parting the cassette pressing mem ber 16 from the cassette. When the slider is slided further, the frame body containing the cassette is slided in the cassette loading direction to load the cassette at a prescribed position.
