PURPOSE:To enable an effective prevention of forgery and alternation, by a method wherein at least one part of a visibly image-recorded part is visibly image-processed according to individual information. CONSTITUTION:In an ID card, at least one part of character information is printed on a hot melt layer 12 or a hot melt layer 31. As a printing method, a typewriter, a wire dot printer, a thermal printer, an electrophotographic method, or the like is used. In the electrophotographic method, the writing of the character information by a laser optical system is preferable. For printing on the hot melt layer 12, a substrate 21 is required to be a transparent substrate. On the hot melt layer 31, the character information is printed with a mirror image relation to normal characters. Therefore, the card is hardly forged because of this special characteristic.
