PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a seal in a rotary part by mounting a first ring rotating integrally with a drum body, mounting a second ring movable in a horizontal direction at a fixed part, and bringing a side of the second ring into pressure contact with that of the first ring. ;SOLUTION: A drum body and a casing for forming an opening of the body are axially extended in an axial central direction owing to thermal expansion. When supply of heated air (c) is stopped, the body is cooled and thermally shrunk. At this time, a first ring 20 is also moved owing to thermal expansion of the body. Since a second ring 22 is mounted at canvas bellows 29, it tends to move down by means of its weight, but since a support roller 28 is supported by a guide member 33, its movement can be suppressed. Accordingly, the ring 22 follows up the ring 20 by a pressing force P of a spring 39 to move while it remains holding a predetermined pressing force P.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
