PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal decomposition device feeding directly exhaust gas of a fusion furnace into an inside of a thermal decomposition furnace, so as to solve easily a heating problem in the decomposition furnace, and a thermal decomposition process using the same.;SOLUTION: The fusion exhaust gas of a high temperature generated when feeding a solid matter (thermal decomposition solid matter) generated after thermal decomposition into the fusion furnace to be fused is cooled to 400-800°C to be fed to a thermal decomposition chamber, the fusion exhaust gas is fed into the thermal decomposition furnace to heat a waste inside the thermal decomposition furnace while bringing the waste into direct contact therewith, and the waste is directly heated thereby.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
