PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a bias in a frequency distribution of an average field and to sharpen the bias for stabilization of random time space chaos by disturbing the time change uniformity that is dependent on a space by a random number against a uniform nonlinear system which is spatially expanded. SOLUTION: The time change uniformity that is simply dependent on a space is disturbed by a random number against a uniform nonlinear system which is spatially expanded. Then randomness is induced to the disturbance. That is, the randomness is induced to the time change uniformity dependent on the uniform nonlinear system expanded spatially (S1). For instance, the dynamics is decided by a uniform random number and changed (S3). The average field of the system analyzes the frequency and calculates a frequency distribution by the disturbed dynamics (S5). Then it's known that an order is generated, based on the peak distribution of frequency (S7), and it's confirmed that the random time chaos is stabilized (S9).
