PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leased-public connection transmission method and a leased-public connection transmitter that can select a leased line path providing the least communication charge amount of a public network in the leased-public connection transmission to a mobile terminal so as to make the leased-public connection. ;SOLUTION: A communication terminal 1 communicates with a mobile terminal 7 via a public network 3 to allow a mobile terminal position information acquisition means 11 to acquire position information of the mobile terminal 7 and to interrupt communication with the mobile terminal 7 via the public network 3. In the case of applying leased-public connection to the mobile terminal from the communication terminal via a leased line and a public line by using the position information of the mobile terminal, a leased-public connection path selection means 12 selects the leased line path by which the communication charge amount in the public line is least and the communication terminal 1 makes redialing to the mobile terminal 7 in order to apply leased-public connection from the communication terminal 1 to the mobile terminal 7 by using the selected leased-public connection.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
