The toilet basin (1) has a top edge (2), a front side (17) and a hinged seat (3). A tubular urinal (6) is fixed to the toilet basin and can be pulled up above the top edge. The urinal can be folded up to fit in the recess and has an opening facing towards the front of the toilet. The urine is preferably fixed to the edge of the toilet basin and has an upper annular flange (14), which is supported in the recess when the urinal is folded.
