Two-part cap (1) made of plastic comprises a lower part (2) tightly held on a container neck (H) and having a cylindrical sleeve (20) with an external thread (21) surrounding the neck, and an upper part (3) with an internal thread (31) placed on the lower part. A section (22) protruding into the container neck and lying tightly on the container neck at least in the upper region extends from the lowest point (22') as an approximately cylindrical delivery tube (23) holding a central sealing pin (25) using connecting bars (24). The upper part has three concentric cylindrical regions (30, 32, 34) having diameters which decrease upward. The two sections between the concentric regions are designed as annular covering surfaces (35, 36). An annular sealing skirt (4, 5) pointing downward is provided on each of the two covering surfaces between the upper (34) and middle region (32) and between the middle and lower region (30) of the upper part. The sealing skirts lie on the sec tion and the delivery tube. Preferred Features: The first sealing skirt on the covering surface between the upper and middle region has a conical cross-section tapering downward.
