There is provided a training condition judgment device capable of judging a training condition appropriate for a current state of a user who wants to receive training of ability which is demonstrated unconsciously. A computer system (1) causes a monitor (14) to display a plurality of screens on the screen while switching them at a predetermined speed, thereby giving visual stimulus to the user. After giving the visual stimulus, the computer system (1) measures the reading speed of the user and stores the measurement result by correlating it to the screen switching speed. The aforementioned operation is repeated several times while changing the switching speed and the screen switching speed set when the most preferable measurement result is obtained is decided to be the optimal training condition.
