Preparation of algae bio product (A) comprises preparing an algal suspension of an algae with definite cell wall; providing algal suspension on a discharging cell; and subjecting the algal suspension on the discharge cell in a narrow column with a width of minimum micrometer, where the definite algae cell wall is relaxed and/or perforated, but not to be destroyed. - Preparation of algae bio product (A) (using ultrasound) comprises preparing an algal suspension of an algae with definite cell wall; providing algal suspension on a discharging cell and subjecting the algal suspension on the discharge cell in a narrow column with a width of minimum micrometer, which is greater than half amplitude of a sonotrode by measuring inch by inch to 1 mm with ultrasound, where the definite algae cell wall is relaxed and/or perforated, but not to be destroyed. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a device to prepare (A) using ultrasound comprising a discharging cell between a base (4, 5); and a sonotrode (1), which exhibits a column (6) with a width of minimum micrometers greater than the half amplitude of the sonotrode by measuring inch by inch to 1 mm.
