PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ag alloy reflection film for an optical information recording medium easy in laser marking, to provide the optical information recording medium provided with the reflection film and to provide a sputtering target for forming the reflection film.;SOLUTION: (1) The Ag alloy reflection film for the optical information recording medium consists essentially of Ag, contains 0.1 to 3.0 at% (excluding 0.1 at%) one or more elements of Nd, Gd, Y and Sm in total and contains 3.0 to 10.0 at% one or more elements of W, Mo, V, Zr, Nb and Cr in total. (2) The Ag alloy reflection film for the optical information recording medium consists essentially of Ag, contains 0.1 to 3.0 at% (excluding 0.1 at%) one or more elements of Nd, Gd, Y and Sm in total and contains 5.0 to 10.0 at% one or more elements of Ti and Ta in total. (3) The optical information recording medium has the Ag alloy reflection film.
