PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ag alloy reflection film for an optical information recording medium capable of easily performing laser marking.;SOLUTION: (1) The Ag alloy reflection film for the optical information recording medium consisting essentially of Ag and containing 1 to 10 at.% at least one element of Nd, Gd, Y, Sm, La and Ce and 2 to 10 at.% at least one element of Li, Mg, Al, Zn, Cu, Pt, Au, Pd, Ru and Rh is provided. (2) The Ag alloy reflection film mentioned in (1) and containing 0.01 to 3 at.% at least one element of Bi and Sb is provided. (3) The Ag alloy reflection film mentioned in (1) or (2) and containing 2 to 10 at.% at least one element of In, Sn and Pb is provided. (4) The optical information recording medium having the Ag alloy reflection film is provided.
