Analog-to-digital conversion device, has filter with coefficients adjusted using least mean square algorithm, receiving digital and error signals, and delivering filtered digital signal corrected from errors of error signal
The device has a reference channel with an analog-to-digital converter (CANRef) generating samples of an analog signal. A channel (25) has a filter e.g. equalizer filter, with coefficients adjusted by a least mean square algorithm, and receiving a digital signal delivered by an analog-to-digital converter (CANk) and an error signal (24). The filter delivers a filtered digital signal (Sn) corrected from errors of the signal (24). The signal (24) corresponds to a deviation between the digital signals respectively corrected by the filter and delivered by the converter (CAnRef) at a given instant.
