A method for mass-culturing inonotus obliquus and/or phellinus linteus using a silkworm is provided to cultivate the inonotus obliquus and the phellinus linteus easily and economically. A method for mass-culturing inonotus obliquus and/or phellinus linteus using a silkworm comprises the following steps of: fitting 40-70% of moisture of silk-worm and controlling 6.0-7.0 of pH; sterilizing the inonotus obliquus and/or the phellinus linteus and the silk warm; and inoculating the sterilized inonotus obliquus and/or the phellinus linteus into the silkworm and cultivating the inoculated inonotus obliquus and/or the phellinus linteus and the silkworm.
