A method for mass-cultivating inonotus obliquus mycelia and phellinus linteus mycelia is provided to cultivate the inonotus obliquus mycelia and the phellinus linteus mycelia at the same time, which have not been cultivated due to different culture conditions. A method for mass-cultivating inonotus obliquus mycelia and phellinus linteus mycelia comprises the following steps of: adjusting pH to a range of 6.0 to 7.0 while adjusting moisture amount of cereals to a range of 20~60%; sterilizing cereals, inonotus obliquus, and phellinus linteus; and inoculating the cereals to the inonotus obliquus and phellinus linteus to be cultivated.
