The method involves performing morphological measurement of length and angle in any planes of a three-dimensional vector space on a surface or inside of a tissue region. Multiple points lying in different layer levels of the tissue region and defining the distances and the angle are determined by spatial coordinates of the vector space. Amounts of the length and angle are computed and displayed from spatial coordinates of the points. Image data about the tissue region are stored in digital imaging and communications in medicine (DICOM)format. An independent claim is also included for a computer software program product for morphological three-dimensional measurement of inner organ, bones and joints of a patient.
