PURPOSE: An image plotting device for correcting error of a geographic information reference digital image is provided to insert one upper side of an aerial photo positive film to a lower side of a fixing member to fix, thereby fundamentally preventing the aerial photo positive film from being crooked. CONSTITUTION: A plotting instrument main body(10) comprises the following units. A main body frame(11) is composed of a supporting unit(11-1) and a projection unit(11-2). A glass plate(12) is installed on the upper side of the supporting unit. A fixing member fixes one side of an aerial photo positive film. A scanner(20) converts the aerial photo positive film into a file.
