PURPOSE: An evaluation information detecting method and technical evaluation server using the same are provided to increase the reliability of each evaluator when the evaluation is performed on the network. ;CONSTITUTION: A transceiver(210) receives an information summary about the estimated target technology from a terminal. An evaluation information extractor extracts similarity evaluation information. A similarity evaluator(230) evaluates the similarity of evaluation information.
