The geographic positions of maneuver points during planning on simulated track and maneuver parameters for maneuvers of ship-parking facilities for generation of optimal maneuver sequence are selected visually, by simulation and representation of successive maneuvers segments for entire maneuver sequence in electronic chart by special planning data management. The starting points and/or endpoints of maneuver segments are stored in maneuver plan. The maneuver planning parameters for subsequent slight lowering of maneuvers are included in maneuver execution. An independent claim is included for device for integrated, simulation-based maneuver planning on ships and in ship simulators.
