PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a relative position between vehicles even without performing relative DGPS between the vehicles.;SOLUTION: A positioning signal reception part 112 receives a positioning signal from a positioning satellite 102 and calculates an observation amount. A self-position orientation part 114 calculates a coordinate value of an approximate position by using the observation amount. A LEX signal reception part 111 receives a LEX signal from a quasi-zenith satellite to acquire positioning reinforcement information for every region. A decode part 113 selects the positioning reinforcement signal of the region including the approximate position and calculates a correction amount of the observation amount. A self-position orientation part 114 corrects the observation amount, and calculates an orientation coordinate value by using the corrected observation amount. A V2 V communication control part 115 transmits the orientation coordinate value to another vehicle 103, and receives an orientation coordinate value of the other vehicle 103.
