PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic situation route guide device, route guide method and route guide program capable of mitigating a traffic jam.;SOLUTION: A route guide device calculates a first passage prediction time to be required for a vehicle to pass a link being a predetermined section on the basis of the movement speed of the vehicle, calculates a second passage prediction time to be required for the vehicle to pass a route from a present travel position to a target position on the basis of the calculated first passage prediction time, and selects a route on the basis of the calculated second passage prediction time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
