PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that defoaming from a highly viscous paste-like liquid can be effectively achieved.;SOLUTION: A defoaming device removing bubbles from a paste-like liquid comprises: a first pipeline 28 whose one end is a discharge port 28a opening downward and where a liquid L can be discharged from the discharge port 28a; a storage space SP where a cross sectional area at a horizontal plane is larger than that of the discharge port 28a; a storage part 10 to store the liquid L discharged from the discharge port 28a to the storage space; a second pipeline 21 communicating to the storage space SP and taking out the liquid L stored in the storage space SP; and flow means 22 where the liquid L is flown to the first pipeline 28 and continuously discharged from the discharge port 28a and a liquid circular heap D having a liquid surface projected upward and continuing to the liquid L discharged from the discharge port 28a at the top of the heap is shaped by the liquid L in the storage space SP.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
