The present invention relates to a biomarker composition for diagnosing tolerance for vancomycin of Staphylococcus aureus and to a diagnostic kit using the same and, more specifically, to a biomarker composition for diagnosing tolerance for vancomycin of Staphylococcus aureus, which secures a gene group that has difference in gene expression because tolerance for vancomycin is induced in Staphylococcus aureus and includes the secured gene group; and to a diagnostic kit using the same. In addition, provided is a method used for determining the tolerance for vancomycin of Staphylococcus aureus.
