The present invention relates to a rolling facility having a magmatic roll, including: a water injection part to inject water to cast steel in order to remove scale from the cast steel; a magnetic roll made of a magnetic body to be installed adjacent to the cast steel to allow scale remaining on the cast steel to adhere; and a scale removal part made of a plate material of which an end comes in contact with the magnetic roll in the lateral direction of the magnetic roll in order to remove scale adhering to the rotating magnetic roll. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the rolling facility having a magmatic roll removes scale remaining on the cast steel by making the scale remaining on the cast steel after the injection of water adhere to the magnetic roll.
