METHOD FOR PREDICTING BLOOD STREAM INFECTION RISK OF MRSA WHICH USES SINGLE NUCLEOTIDE POLYMORPHISM OF cna GENE OF METHICILLIN-RESISTANT STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS (MRSA)
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing single nucleotide polymorphism of a specific gene of MRSA, and evaluating blood stream infection risk of MRSA.;SOLUTION: An inspection method for determining blood infection risk of MRSA (Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus) includes detection of mutation in a cna gene of MRSA, in which the method includes: a) a process of isolating MRSA from a subject to be tested and preparing a nucleic acid sample from the MRSA; and b) a process of detecting mutation in cna gene of the MRSA, in which blood infection risk of MRSA is evaluated to be high when mutation in the cna gene is detected.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
