A liquid-level remote-measuring and remote control instrument, comprising the high-accuracy liquid-level sensor (1), and also comprising an operation amplifier (2), an A/D convertor (3), an embedded single chip microcomputer (6), an I/O port (7), a membrane keyboard (9), a strong-current executor (10), a GPRS short message transceiver (11) and embedded dedicated control software (13). The measuring range of the high-accuracy liquid-level sensor is 1 mm to 10000 mm, and the resolution thereof is 0.2 mm; and when the measuring range is 1 mm to 5000 mm, the resolution can reach 0.1 mm.
