The present invention relates to a wavelet-based time delay fuzzy-neural network reasoning system for predicting nonlinear motion of a reinforced concrete structure, comprising a first step of collecting data in the structure, a second step of modeling to describe the nonlinear motion, A third step of inputting the data collected in the first step to the model modeled in the second step and repeating the same, a step of checking the difference between the predicted value and the actual value using the mean square root error, A fifth step of testing the validity of the model; and a fifth step of returning to the second step if the error is greater than the allowable error, and a fourth step of proceeding to the next step if the error is smaller.
