PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground heat exchanger which is installed in a simple process and achieves high performance.SOLUTION: An underground heat exchanger 13 includes: an outer tube 3 inserted into a drilling hole 2 which is provided from a ground surface into the ground; an inner tube 4 inserted into the outer tube 3; a tip member 5 which closes a tip of the outer tube 3 and is disposed at a bottom of the drilling hole 2; and cement 6 filling a space between the outer tube 3 and the tip member 5 and an inner wall of the drilling hole 2.
