The underground heat exchanger includes the main body 41 and a resin inner pipe. A clearance formed between the inner pipe and the outer pipe 2 is applied as a liquid medium flow passage. The underground heat exchanging system includes an underground heat exchanger and flowing means for flowing the liquid medium. A method of this system includes a step for fixing one end 31 of the wire material 3 to the fixing part, raising up the extremity end 1a against the ground, rotating the outer pipe 2, winding the wire material 3 around the outer circumferential side surface 23, forming the main body 41 there and burying it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
