The present invention relates to a calf-swelling relief patch using a skin temperature-sensitive functional hydrogel, and a method of producing the same. Specifically, the swelling relief patch, which is produced by applying a skin temperature-sensitive functional hydrogel to a patch, serves to help relieve swelling when attached to the calf of a user having swelling, without causing side effects on the skin even when attached to the skin for a long time, and contributes to relieving prolonged swelling through a continuous release of a swelling relief agent. According to the present invention, the swelling relief patch is produced using a urethane film, unwoven fabric, a hydrogel, a swelling relief agent, an additive, and a release film, wherein the hydrogel comprises polyacrylic acid, glycerin, water, sodium hydroxide, agar, and polysorbate 60; the swelling relief agent is prepared by mixing a vitamin preparation with a bilberry extract, a dandelion extract, and a grape seed extract; the additive is either an extract of Disocorea japonica tuberous root or an extract of Cimicifugae Rhizoma root, or a mixture of the two; and the hydrogel, the swelling relief agent, and the additive are mixed in a ratio of 80-90 wt% of the hydrogel, 8-14 wt% of the swelling relief agent, and 2-6 wt% of the additive.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
