PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion exchange resin regenerator, in the regeneration of an ion exchange resin tower, capable of saving required work and reducing regeneration cost.SOLUTION: Provided is an ion exchange resin regenerator including: a plurality of gas-liquid feed pipings of feeding at least one fluid selected from a gas and a liquid; at least two connection parts connecting the gas-liquid feed pipings to an ion exchange resin tower filled with an ion exchange resin attachably/detachably; a gas-liquid feed means for feeding water and a gas for stirring into the ion exchange resin tower through at least one connection part; a liquid feed means of feeding a regenerating chemical liquid for regenerating the ion exchange resin inside the ion exchange resin tower through at least one connection part; a regeneration waste liquid treatment part of treating the regenerated waste liquid exhausted from the ion exchange resin tower; and an exhaust liquid feed means of feeding the regenerated waste liquid to the regenerated waste liquid treatment part.
