A system for on-line monitoring and intelligent identification for river and lake polluted sediment treatment, comprising: an excavation apparatus (10), a monitoring apparatus (20) and a control apparatus (30). The control apparatus (30) is electrically connected with the excavation apparatus (10) and the monitoring apparatus (20), and the control apparatus (30) receives a monitoring result of the monitoring apparatus (20) and transmits same back to control an action of the excavation apparatus (10). According to the monitoring and identification system, the monitoring apparatus (20) is arranged on one side of a sediment discharge pipe of the excavation apparatus (10), so as to monitor pollutant concentration in the excavated polluted sediment in real time; the action of the excavation apparatus (10) is controlled by the control apparatus (30) according to the monitoring result of the monitoring apparatus (20), so as to realize on-line real-time monitoring and identification control of the polluted sediment, and realize intelligent determination and automatic highly efficient treatment of the excavation of polluted sediment.
