Method for analyzing magnetic nano-particle using mossabuer spectroscopy Method of manufacturing for magnetic nano-particle using mossabuer spectroscopy and magnetic nano-particle
Disclosed are a method to analyze a magnetic nanoparticle using Mossbauer spectroscopy, capable of adjusting a spin canting angle of the magnetic nanoparticle; and a magnetic nanoparticle manufacturing method using Mossbauer spectroscopy and a magnetic nanoparticle thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises: a mixing step of mixing a magnetic material precursor, a surfactant, and a solvent at room temperature; a reaction step of heating a solution mixed in the mixing step in a reaction temperature to maintain reaction for a predetermined time; a separation step of using a centrifugal separator or magnetism to separate a preliminary magnetic nanoparticle from the solution completing the reaction step; and a plasma processing step of emitting plasma to the preliminary magnetic nanoparticle to manufacture a magnetic nanoparticle. A plasma processing condition in the plasma processing step includes a condition to allow a spin canting angle of the magnetic nanoparticle to be greater than that of the preliminary magnetic nanoparticle with respect to an identical site of a crystal structure of the magnetic nanoparticle and the preliminary magnetic nanoparticle.
