According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a fluorescence duration measurement apparatus. The present invention comprises: an irradiating light generator generating irradiating light; a fluorescence photon detector collecting a fluorescence signal of a fluorescence photon generated when allowing at least one of samples including fluorescent powder to be irradiated with the irradiating light; and a measuring unit measuring the fluorescence duration with respect to a function of the collected fluorescence signal and a simulation function using a least-square method.
