PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of easily performing a wavelength calibration of a wavelength-variable laser without using a wavemeter.;SOLUTION: A wavelength calibration method of a wavelength-variable laser, compares a frequency distribution of an absorption peak in an absorption intensity spectrum of a laser beam to a predetermined material previously known as calibration standard data and the frequency distribution of the absorption peak having the absorption intensity of a predetermined threshold value or more of the absorption intensity spectrum of the laser beam to the same material of a wavelength-variable laser as a calibration target in order to solve the problems, and determines a correct frequency corresponded to each absorption intensity of the calibration target.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
