[Problem] To provide a shareholder benefit system and a shareholder benefit method with a high degree of freedom in the number of shares held and the relationship between the number of years owned and the content of benefits. [Solution] A shareholder benefit system is a matrix in which the number of shares held and the holding period are two axes for ranking shareholders of participating companies, and a matrix in which points to be given to shareholders for each rank are defined.
