The present invention relates to a system for managing and operating a smart selling machine which sells livestock products, agricultural and marine products or the like in an unmanned manner and, more specifically, to an unmanned IoT selling system which allows a smart selling machine to enable a specific product to be sold in an unmanned manner, allows meat to be sold by a price calculated in correspondence with a current price based on a weight of each product sold through the smart selling machine, rapidly solves discharging errors, and rapidly sells some products which must be left due to tastes of consumers.
