The present invention relates to a method for extracting Aurelia aurita, and a sleeping pack composition containing an Aurelia aurita extract extracted thereby. The extraction method, according to the present invention, enables easy extraction without partial separation of Aurelia aurita by undergoing protease treatment. The Aurelia aurita extract extracted by the extraction method of the present invention shows effects of a cosmetic composition exhibiting antioxidative and wrinkle-ameliorating effects.
