The present invention relates to a method of enabling a person blind in one eye to watch two-dimensional animation and two-dimensional graphic videos through a general screen as three-dimensional animation and three-dimensional graphic videos without using three-dimensional glasses. The three-dimensional animation and three-dimensional graphic video producing method includes the following steps of: analyzing images of each frame of two-dimensional animation and two-dimensional graphic videos; forming three-dimensional animation and three-dimensional graphic videos; and producing three-dimensional animation and three-dimensional graphic videos which a person blind in one eye can watch without three-dimensional glasses.
