The present invention relates to a method for generating a 3D video for enabling a person who loses the sight of one eye to view the same with only one eye without 3D glasses through a general screen by forming a 2D video with content pre-containing disparity. The method of the present invention comprises: a step of analyzing an image of each frame of a 2D video; a conversion step of forming a 3D video; and a step of generating the 3D video.
