The present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly multipurpose blocking structure using waste plastic and, more specifically, to an environmentally-friendly multipurpose blocking structure using waste plastic, capable of applying to various use places for bordering, blocking, or partitioning, such as a blocking wall, a guide rail, a barricade, a retaining wall, a mold, a fence, and the like, providing excellent productivity, or workability, and shock resistance in accordance with characteristics of plastic, being stably installed without a post, and being easily adjusted in size in accordance with characteristics of the use place.
